You're ready to build your next project - either a spec home or a special design for your client. You’ve searched through what seems
like hundreds of plan magazines. Maybe you’ve even scrolled around the internet viewing dozens of home plan sites, and yet you still
haven’t discovered the right plan.
What next? You could hire a professional to help you create a plan. While this is often a wise decision, it does involve considerable
time and expense. Well, now there’s another option - CONCEPTUAL HOUSE PLANS. Quite simply, this allows you to take a design and make
various changes so that it suites your market and contains the level of detail that you require on your plans.
So, just what is a Conceptual Design? Well. First of all, it’s a concept, or basic idea for a home design. As you browse through our
selection of Conceptual Designs, you’ll see floor plans and sketches of front elevations similar to those you saw in the plan magazines.
However, here's the main difference - our conceptual designs are not completed yet.

The final drawings are not started until you’ve decided just what changes you want to make. Perhaps you want to
make the family room a bit larger, or create a different design for the master bath. |
Whatever the changes, your in-house drafting team can complete the drawings, or you can have your local design service finish the plans
to your specifications. Once you purchase the Conceptual Plan, you’ll receive written authorization allowing you to modify and complete
the plans. Furthermore, these plans can then be used to build the home as many times as you desire. Finally, there’s a plan service
that makes sense to builders!
